Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a store credit. No refunds will be made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you and email with instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Card Terms of Use
Gift cards issued by Olea Moda are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
These cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, except as required by law (for example, if the balance is less than $5).
There are no inactivity, maintenance, or activation fees.
Any unused balance after the expiration date will be considered expired and non-refundable.
Olea Moda is not responsible for unauthorized use, loss, or theft of a gift card.
