  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

🌍 Shipping Times

  • USA & Canada: 5–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10–15 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 10–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days

❗ Claims, loss or delays

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Claims for loss, delay, or handling of the package while it is in the possession of one of the postal services are made directly with the carrier.
  • If you give us an incorrect, incomplete or non-existent address:
    • We are not responsible if the address you provide us in the order is incomplete or incorrect. Olea Moda offers free shipping on all orders, but if the postal service returns the package for an incorrect, incomplete or missing address, the customer is responsible for paying for the reshipment. Shipping costs can range from $8.00 to $14.00 approximately, depending on the area and weight.
  • Postal Service:
    • Any claim for loss or accident of the package in the hands of the postal service must be made directly to the corresponding company, using the tracking number assigned to the order.
